Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking a Global Product Manager – Excavation Solutions to define the roadmap for the Excavation portfolio and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and marketing.

This remote role based in Italy offers international travel up to 25% and the opportunity to shape products used on construction sites worldwide, including GNSS, machine control, automation, and digital construction tech.

• Work closely with customers, dealers, and industry partners to understand market needs and identify new opportunities.
• Act as the key interface between Engineering, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Translate customer insights into product requirements and development priorities.
• Lead new product introductions and support products throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze product performance, profitability, and business opportunities.
• Support pricing strategies and portfolio optimization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery worldwide.
