Baseten is hiring Software Engineers to join its Product Platform organization. You’ll own customer-facing features end to end, from problem discovery with customers to design, shipping, and production iteration.

You’ll partner with product and design as a peer and help build enterprise-ready tooling on top of our inference platform. In this role you’ll contribute across commercialization, billing, partnerships, and developer productivity, with opportunities to influence roadmap and growth while

Responsabilités

• Own customer-facing features end to end, from understanding who you're building for through design, launch, and iteration.
• Build platforms and systems that scale and perform well in production, not one-off features or scaffolding.
• Ship in phases, working directly with internal and external customers to validate and iterate along the way instead of betting on a single big launch.
• Weigh competing customer requests and make clear prioritization calls based on impact.
• Work closely with product, design, forward deployed engineering, and go-to-market teams as a peer, contributing ideas rather than just implementing specs.
• Build the systems behind how customers buy, integrate, and use Baseten, across billing, partnerships, and developer and agentic tooling.
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to completion with little process.
• Pick up new problem areas quickly and grow your scope as the team and product expand.
