Job summary

Genesis Molecular AI is seeking a New Product Planning Manager to support strategy, planning and execution of commercial assessments for AI-enabled pipeline programs. The role reports to the Director of New Product Planning and is based at our San Diego office.

Qualifications

• Life sciences background required or preferred.
• BS or MS in biology or related field.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze disease areas and unmet needs to shape drug positioning.
• Support KOL interviews and literature reviews for commercial assumptions.
• Monitor competitor pipelines, readouts, and deals; translate signals into updates.
• Contribute commercial input into Target Product Profiles and development plans.
• Collaborate with discovery, preclinical, BD, and finance to align with commercial objectives.
