PDI - Brand is seeking a Product Performance Technician to execute rigorous performance testing on products under representative conditions. You will document results to support development, substantiation, and market-driven initiatives.

The role emphasizes data collection, analysis, and clear reporting, with collaboration across R&D, QA, and external labs to maintain compliant testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred in a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and data recording in a regulated product industry.
• 0-2+ years of relevant lab testing/quality control experience preferred; entry-level considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute product performance studies under intended or simulated use conditions.
• Set up, run, and apply established test methods aligned with project needs and industry standards.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess performance and identify trends.
• Summarize and communicate technical results to support product development and substantiation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, labs, suppliers, and partners to execute testing.
• Maintain and improve lab capabilities, equipment, procedures, and documentation; ensure safety and quality compliance.
