UKG in the United States seeks a Product Pay & Tax Compliance Analyst to liaison with federal, state, and local tax agencies, ensuring new payroll tax changes are incorporated into UKG’s systems. You will research, document, and communicate complex compliance requirements, collaborating with product teams to maintain regulatory alignment.

The role requires 3+ years in tax compliance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in tax compliance, payroll tax, or a related field.
• Experience researching, interpreting, and applying federal, state, provincial, or local tax regulations.
• Experience monitoring tax regulatory or legislative changes and assessing their impact.
• Experience documenting and communicating tax requirements to stakeholders.
• Professional experience with tax-related processes, systems, or software.

Responsabilidades

• Use payroll tax knowledge for updates in jurisdictions/zones.
• Establish and maintain relationships with tax agencies.
• Participate in industry meetings and subcommittees.
• Research changes and maintain knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Stay on top of updates for withholding forms and reporting.
• Communicate complex requirements to internal/external stakeholders.
• Document payroll tax requirements for reference across UKG.
• Analyze changes and create documentation for product/dev teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant processes.
• Negotiate outcomes with tax agencies and respond to tickets.
