UKG is seeking a Product Pay & Tax Compliance Analyst to serve as a liaison to federal, state, and local tax agencies. You will ensure changes and mandates are incorporated into UKG’s payroll tax products, with strong emphasis on compliance knowledge and cross-team collaboration.

The role requires analyzing regulatory updates, documenting requirements, and communicating complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in tax compliance, payroll tax, tax research, or related field.
• Experience interpreting and applying federal/state/local tax regulations.
• Experience monitoring tax regulatory changes and impact on processes/products.
• Experience documenting and communicating tax requirements to stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Use payroll tax knowledge for updates and regulations in assigned jurisdictions.
• Establish relationships with tax agencies and key decision makers.
• Participate in industry meetings and subcommittees.
• Research changes and maintain knowledge of payroll tax requirements.
• Track changes to withholding forms and year-end slips.
• Communicate complex compliance requirements to internal/external stakeholders.
• Document payroll tax requirements for reference across UKG.
• Summarize changes for product and dev teams to incorporate into payroll/tax products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant business practices.
• Negotiate outcomes with tax agencies.
• Respond to Jira tickets and research requests.
