Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience leading web analytics and optimization teams.
• Proven success applying AI to business processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with major events, promotions, and strategic assortments.

Responsabilidades

• Present analysis and test results to peers and senior management.
• Lead conversion planning and forecasting on a weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual level.
• Collaborate to improve data-driven site performance.
• Prioritize report enhancements and ad-hoc analyses.
• Oversee web analytics reporting and testing (A/B, MVT).
• Lead/manage 1–5 direct reports.
