You will translate business needs into epics and user stories, collaborate with compliance, operations, and engineering, and lead agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience in Digital Assets and Blockchain.
• Experience delivering blockchain-based solutions in capital markets or fintech contexts.
• Proven ability writing user stories and driving Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Digital Asset and Blockchain products.
• Translate business objectives into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, compliance, operations, and engineering to deliver blockchain solutions.
• Drive development for tokenization, custody, digital securities, smart contracts, wallets, and settlement platforms.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis across Digital Asset and FinTech ecosystems.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and UAT.
• Ensure regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements are integrated into product capabilities.
• Communicate progress and business outcomes to stakeholders and executives.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner with deep functional expertise in Digital Assets Blockchain Tokenization and Distributed Ledger Technology DLT The ideal candidate will drive product vision define business requirements manage stakeholder expectations and lead the delivery of innovative blockchain enabled solutions across digital asset ecosystems custody tokenization settlement and asset servicing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision roadmap and backlog for Digital Asset and Blockchain products
• Translate business objectives into epics user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with business stakeholders’ architects compliance operations and engineering teams to deliver blockchain based solutions
• Drive product development for tokenization custody digital securities smart contracts digital wallets and settlement platforms
• Perform market research and competitive analysis across Digital Asset and FinTech ecosystems
• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming sprint planning reviews and UAT
• Ensure regulatory risk and compliance requirements are incorporated into product capabilities
• Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting on product progress and business outcomes.

Required Experience

• 10 years of experience as a Product Owner Product Manager or Business Analyst
• 5 years of hands-on functional experience in Digital Assets and Blockchain
• Strong understanding of
• Digital Asset Trading Settlement and Asset Servicing
• Experience working with Capital Markets Securities Services Wealth Management or Banking clients
• Proven experience writing user stories managing product backlogs and driving Agile delivery

Technical Functional Skills

• Blockchain Digital Asset Ecosystems, Tokenization Platforms, Smart Contract Lifecycle
• Digital Asset Custody Settlement, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Jira Confluence, API Integration Requirements UAT and Product Acceptance Testing Stakeholder Executive Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Asset initiatives involving Treasury Tokenization Transfer Agency Digital Securities or Asset Servicing programs
• Knowledge of financial regulations impacting Digital Assets

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance Technology Computer Science or a related field
• Experience Level 10-15 years

Domain Preference

• Capital Markets Securities Services Digital Assets Blockchain FinTech.
