About the Role
Our Investment Solutions team is seeking an experienced Product Owner to support the build-out of a next-generation Advisory platform. You will take end-to-end ownership of your product area, leading a large scrum team and being accountable for delivery outcomes within your scope. This is a high-impact role in a flatter organizational model, where you will act as a stream lead and take on coordination responsibilities traditionally held at the management layer.
Responsibilities
- Own the product end to end across the Advisory platform, with accountability for a large scrum team and the delivery outcomes in your scope
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities, aligning business objectives, technology delivery, and advisor experience
- Lead release planning, dependency management, and open-issue governance to keep execution consistent and coordinated across teams
- Partner directly with business owners, technology leads, and operations partners to drive decisions and sustain delivery momentum without unnecessary escalation
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear requirements, well-defined scope, and alignment to strategic objectives
- Resolve complex product and delivery challenges, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and risk considerations
- Advance the platform roadmap by incorporating AI-enabled capabilities that improve personalization, decision support, and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders, scrum masters, and delivery teams to resolve issues and stay aligned to delivery objectives
- Ensure adherence to risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements across all product management activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager leading large scrum teams in an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience with Wealth Management or Wealth Advisory platforms (required)
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision and roadmaps and to manage and prioritize backlogs
- Strong track record in release planning, dependency management, and issue governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence business and technology leaders and drive decisions
- Working knowledge of risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements in financial services
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business, technical, and risk considerations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Unified Managed Accounts (UMA) platforms, including exposure to wealth technology solutions such as InvestCloud
- Background in Big 4 or top-tier consulting
- Exposure to incorporating AI-enabled capabilities into product roadmaps
