Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant finance industry experience.
• Experience with Mutual Fund and/or 529 trading.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology in Product Owner or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strength in Excel.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner supporting Agile squads across Wealth Management.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations to manage initiatives end-to-end.
• Lead reengineering efforts to digitize processes and improve advisor/client experience.
• Identify optimization opportunities and drive improvements to downstream processes.
