Qualifications

• Knowledge of annuity and life insurance products, workflows and industry practices.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology in Product Owner or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and prioritize the product backlog from concept to production rollout.
• Identify opportunities to digitize and automate manual processes across workflows (order entry, suitability, servicing).
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination with stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Tech, Sales, Operations).
