The PO will prioritize and validate development software for the Engagement Operations team, guiding the EO SW team and aligning with program priorities for each sprint and product increment. The role requires 10+ years in DoD, a Secret clearance, strong EO concepts understanding, and the ability to brief leadership on status and risks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Government/DoD experience (essential duties).
• Secret security clearance or higher required.
• Basic EO concepts: engagement planning, threat evaluation, target selection, battlespace prediction.
• Ability to oversee EO SW development and verify work to acceptance criteria.
• US citizen with a degree from an accredited college (ABET preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and validate development software for Engagement Operations.
• Guide the development team with Systems Engineering concepts and algorithms.
• Set priorities for capabilities and defects per product increment and sprint.
• Provide briefings and advisement to leadership on status, risks, and actions.
