The role focuses on prioritization and validation of development software for the EO team within the IFMC PO, interfacing with program management to set priorities for features and defects across increments and sprints. The candidate will review engineering concepts and guide the team, delivering technical briefings to leadership on status, risks, and recommended actions.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years combined Government/DoD experience.
Secret security clearance or higher.
Bachelor’s degree (ABET preferred) in engineering, the sciences or mathematics.
Basic EO concepts including engagement planning/scheduling, threat evaluation, target selection, battlespace prediction and sensor resource management.

Responsibilities

Prioritize and validate development software for the Engagement Operations team.
Provide guidance to the development team against agreed acceptance criteria.
Work with program management to set priorities for capabilities and defects for each product increment and sprint.
Deliver technical briefings and advisement to leadership on status, risks, and recommended courses of action.
