Job summary

Airo Digital Labs, LLC seeks a Scrum Master / Product Owner to drive the agile process for Platform Product and Core Intelligence. You will own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and acceptance criteria, and you will shield the team from impediments while coordinating with stakeholders.

You will translate architecture into clear user stories, groom the backlog, and lead planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner or Scrum Master on technical software products.
• Experience in platform, data or AI product delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Platform Product and Core Intelligence, and prioritize the backlog for maximum value and outcomes.
• Represent stakeholders and users; define sprint goals, success metrics and acceptance criteria, and sign off delivered work.
• Translate architecture and product intent into clear, testable stories, and keep the backlog groomed and ready.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), track delivery metrics and coach the team on agile practices.
• Manage dependencies and contracts with the central platform and other PODs so the team stays independent; surface risks and impediments early.

Job description

The person accountable for what the POD builds and why, and for keeping it delivering. As Scrum Master he run the agile process, remove impediments and shield the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Platform Product and Core Intelligence, and prioritize the backlog for maximum value and outcomes.
• Represent stakeholders and users; define sprint goals, success metrics and acceptance criteria, and sign off delivered work.
• Translate architecture and product intent into clear, testable stories, and keep the backlog groomed and ready.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives), track delivery metrics and coach the team on agile practices.
• Manage dependencies and contracts with the central platform and other PODs so the team stays independent; surface risks and impediments early.

Must-have Skills & Technologies

• Product ownership — vision, roadmapping, and value-based prioritisation (e.g. WSJF, MoSCoW) with clear acceptance criteria.
• Agile / Scrum facilitation and backlog management (Jira or Azure Boards).
• Stakeholder, user and dependency management across teams.
• Enough technical literacy to reason about APIs, data flows and integrations and make informed trade-offs.

Prior Experience

• 5+ years as a Product Owner (and/or Scrum Master) on technical software products.
• Experience in platform, data or AI product delivery is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Product Owner / Scrum certification (PSPO, CSPO, PSM, CSM) or SAFe.
