The PO will own the Definition of Done, set acceptance criteria, and coordinate with teams to deliver iteratively while maintaining strong customer engagement and feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering with 8+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog and ensure stories meet the definition of ready and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and executives to align priorities.
• Lead PI Planning and collaborate with cross-value stream teams across iterations.
• Engage with customers when possible to gather feedback and validate requirements.
