Job summary

Motion Recruitment is assisting a well-known Financial Services Company in Charlotte, NC for a Product Owner on a long-term contract with hybrid work. You will own the backlog, align stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear user stories while supporting workflow tools built on the Power Platform.

The role requires enterprise Product Owner experience and a strong banking background; CRM experience with Dynamics or Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• Product Owner experience within large enterprise environments.
• Large enterprise banking background preferred (Corporate/Investment Banking).

• Own and manage product backlog, prioritization, and sprint execution within Agile teams
• Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Support development and delivery of workflow tools (Power Platform-based)
• Navigate ambiguity and drive progress in a fast-moving, lightly documented environment
• Communicate effectively across both business and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Product Owner experience within large enterprise environments
• large enterprise banking background (Corporate/Investment Banking strongly preferred)

Hands-on Experience With

• Strong knowledge of Agile / SDLC methodologies
• Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to balance business needs with technical execution

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to lending / credit workflows
• Familiarity with tools such as nCino or Loan IQ
• Background in integrations / APIs / enterprise systems

What You Will Be Doing
