Qualifications

4+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on platform, invoicing, or compliance-driven products in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Deep domain expertise in document lifecycle management and global compliance regulations.
Experience driving discovery and prioritisation on work where the requirement originates from compliance, legal, or a partner organisation.
Solid technical literacy. You can translate complex architectural requirements into product value and partner with engineering to ensure technical decisions deliver the best experience for our customers.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to drive results in a global, distributed environment by collaborating effectively across multiple time zones and stakeholders

Responsibilities

Manage tasks with stakeholders and engineers to build scalable, compliant enterprise products.
Own the product backlog for document lifecycle and compliance domains end-to-end.
Lead product initiatives to ensure platform meets evolving global regulatory standards.
Write clear product specifications for new features to unblock engineering.
Articulate user stories, create API specifications and mockups, and identify metrics for those new features.
Develop meaningful business objectives and metrics to measure progress.
