Job summary

UniPro is seeking a Product Owner for NDA Solutions in Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule. You’ll own NDA’s data platforms, define the roadmap, and align with operators, distributors, Members, and Suppliers to deliver coherent, trusted reporting and analytics.

Five-plus years of data-operations experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities are essential. You’ll collaborate with a counterpart Product Owner to standardize data and platforms across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management or related field.
• 3–6+ years in data operations, data quality, analytics support, product ownership, or systems administration.
• Experience owning or administering an enterprise platform with requirements gathering and backlog management.
• Experience working with POS data, operational data sets, large‑scale data feeds, and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to trace numbers to source data.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to chase data anomalies to root cause.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep commitments transparent.
• Clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders; willingness to work as part of a pair.

Responsibilities

• Own NDA platforms and roadmap, ensuring reporting, operations, and data quality objectives are met.
• Maintain a prioritized enhancement roadmap informed by operators, distributors, Members, Suppliers, and internal users.
• Consolidate overlapping systems toward a single coherent experience and drive platforms from launch to dependable operation.
• Manage technology partner relationships, including evaluations, renewals, SOWs, scope, timelines, and SLAs.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria; coordinate testing and rollout.
• Lead recurring stakeholder meetings with agendas and action tracking.
• Define success metrics for releases and address underutilized features.
