Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Product Manager in McKinney, TX to lead and develop a team of Product Owners, delivering products aligned with strategic goals. You will drive definition and execution of the product strategy, ensuring cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing sites and customers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in STEM and product leadership, strong Agile practices, and experience with Jira/DevOps. Domestic travel up to 25% is expected, and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• Minimum of 4+ years in product management or product ownership, with direct experience delivering complex products end-to-end within a manufacturing factory environment.

• Continuous improvement/growth, quality and analytical mindset
• Professional experience in a manufacturing environment, with preference for Aerospace and Defense factories with automation systems.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
