Job summary

Farm Family in Omaha, NE is seeking a Product Owner II to bridge product strategy and development. You will define user stories, prioritize the backlog, and ensure the team delivers value aligned with customer needs.

You will work closely with the development teams, stakeholders, and the Product Manager to translate strategy into tangible increments, manage the program backlog, and drive delivery across the agile release train.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, or a related field.
• At least three years of agile Product Owner experience in scrum and scaled environments.
• Experience delivering software products using agile principles and prioritizing with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Breaks down product strategy into program increments and sprint goals with the Product Manager.
• Maintains and prioritizes the product backlog, enablers, and defects for ART features.
• Delivers working product demos to stakeholders for transparency and feedback.
• Collaborates with leaders across the ART to ensure alignment and dependencies are sequenced.
• Mentors and assesses team members to maintain high performance.
