Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field.
• 3-5 years of product ownership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of Agile software development.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Backlog Management: maintain clear feature prioritization and well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: gather requirements and translate to technical needs.
• Sprint Planning & Execution: participate in standups, plan and guide timelines.
• Strategic Alignment: align product goals with overall vision across teams.
• Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies and drive tooling/template enhancements.
