Job summary

Solventum is seeking an AI Product Owner to lead the development of medical coding software, collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to translate business requirements into actionable product features.

This remote role supports Health Information Systems and requires experience in product management, ML/AI, and cloud-hosted applications; travel to onboarding may be required per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Seven (7) years of product management experience in a software development environment.
• High School Diploma/GED with Fourteen (14) years of product management experience in a software development environment.
• 3 years of experience working with cloud-hosted applications.
• 3 years of experience in a technical role such as software development, QA or data science.
• 3 years of experience working with machine learning or other AI software products.

Responsibilities

• Working with stakeholders to develop and translate business requirements for assessing medical chart readiness.
• Leading team of data scientists and software developers to enhance our chart confidence pipeline with the goal of improving client automation.

Role Overview

Location & Travel

Location: Remote. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy.
