Job summary

Tangem разрабатывает самоконтролируемую финансовую платформу и мобильный кошелек для глобального масштаба. В должности Product Manager вы будете руководить интеграциями с платежными схемами, банковскими партнёрами и крипто‑платформами, формируя поток fiat↔crypto и следя за соответствием AML/KYT.

Требуется 3–5 лет опыта, знание банковской инфраструктуры и крипто‑продуктов, а также умение работать с инженерной командой и внешними провайдерами.

Qualifications

• 3–5 лет опыта в роли Product Manager или Product Owner.
• Опыт работы с платежами, банковской инфраструктурой или финтех-платформами.
• Опыт работы с крипто, web3 или onchain продуктами.
• Сильная аналитика и принципы data‑driven принятия решений.
• Опыт разработки B2C финансовых продуктов.
• Умение тесно работать с инженерами и понимать технические детали.
• Навыки интеграции внешних API и финансовых провайдеров.
• Умение проектировать понятные и удобные пользовательские потоки.

Responsibilities

• Вести интеграции с глобальными и локальными платежными схемами (SEPA, ACH, UPI и др.).
• Интегрировать банковских партнёров и провайдеров виртуальных счетов.
• Проектировать fiat↔crypto потоки между IBAN и кошельками пользователей.
• Реализовать KYT-мониторинг и AML‑логику транзакций.
• Обеспечить поддержку stablecoin и платежных возможностей.
• Выстраивать плавные потоки между кошельками, картами и DeFi‑продуктами.

Задачи

• Lead integrations with global and local payment schemes including SEPA, SEPA Instant, ACH, PIX, UPI, and SPEI
• Integrate banking partners and virtual account providers
• Design fiat to crypto and crypto to fiat flows between IBAN accounts and user wallets
• Implement KYT monitoring and AML compliant transaction logic
• Enable stablecoin support and spending capabilities
• Build smooth flows between wallets, cards, and DeFi products
• Define product requirements and lead complex external integrations

Требования

• 3 to 5 years of Product Manager or Product Owner experience
• Experience with payments, banking infrastructure, or fintech platforms
• Experience with crypto, web3, or onchain products
• Strong analytical mindset and data driven product decisions
• Experience building B2C financial products
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Experience integrating third party APIs and financial providers
• Ability to design clear and intuitive user flows for complex financial products
