Job summary

Tangem объявляет о позиции менеджера продукта для сервисов внутри приложения: обмен, стейкинг и fiat-операции. Вы будете формировать стратегию продукта, работать с разработчиками и внешними партнёрами, чтобы улучшать конверсию и рост пользовательской базы.

Успешный кандидат имеет опыт в финтех/крипто и владение английским на уровне C1. Гибкий удалённый формат работы, зарплата конкурентная и выплачивается в евро/USDT; удалённая работа допускается по всему миру.

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта в product management (финтех, крипто, цифровые сервисы или B2C приложения).
• Опыт работы с аналитикой пользователей, A/B тестированием, UX и конверсией.
• Сильные навыки сотрудничества с командами разработки и внешними партнёрами.
• Уровень владения английским не ниже C1.
• Будет плюсом знание торговых инструментов, DeFi/DEX или финприложений.

Responsibilities

• Владение жизненным циклом продукта внутри приложения: от разработки и запуска до роста.
• Разработка и внедрение продуктовой стратегии для сервисов обмена, стейкинга, fiat-операций и аналогичных функций с упором на конверсию.
• Сотрудничество с разработчиками, партнерами и ликвидностью для бесшовной интеграции и удобного UX.
• Анализ поведения пользователей, поиск узких мест в конверсионных funnel и оптимизация продуктовых потоков.
• Отслеживание метрик и итеративное улучшение функций для повышения принятия финансовых сервисов в кошельке.

Tangem started with the idea of bringing digital assets to the masses using a unique combination of a smartcard-based hardware wallet and mobile applications.

Задачи

Own the product lifecycle of in-app services: from development and launch to ongoing growth. Define and execute product strategy for swap, staking, fiat on/off-ramp, and similar services with a strong focus on conversion metrics. Collaborate with developers, partners, and liquidity providers to ensure smooth integration and user-friendly experience. Analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks in conversion funnels, and optimize product flows. Track performance metrics and iterate product features to increase adoption of financial services inside the wallet.

Требования

3+ years of experience in product management (fintech, crypto, digital services, or B2C apps). Experience working with user analytics, A/B testing, UX and conversion optimization. Strong collaboration skills to work with tech teams and external partners. English proficiency at C1 level or above.
