Job summary

PNC is seeking a Product Owner II within its Enterprise Testing organization. You will define, prioritize, and manage product enhancements that deliver business value and better customer experience.

Translate needs into requirements, manage backlog, and guide development from concept through implementation. Role is based in Miamisburg OH, Cleveland OH, or Pittsburgh PA; requires collaboration with stakeholders, tech teams, and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in product management, development and marketing context.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and lead initiatives for product selection, design, and promotion.
• Conduct customer-focused quality assessments and build business cases.
• Analyze trends to design features and manage product rollout and pricing.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and digital delivery teams across the lifecycle.
• Monitor results and adjust features/marketing to improve outcomes.
