What you will do :

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the application development team, translating complex supply chain processes into digital solutions
  • Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with strategic goals and customer needs
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements
  • Reimagine and redesign manual or disjointed supply chain processes into seamless, integrated application workflows
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications that are clear, actionable, and testable
  • Rapidly develop mock-ups and prototypes in Figma or similar tools to communicate design intent and user experience
  • Provide domain expertise to support solution design, process mapping, and decision-making during application development
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and UX designers to ensure successful delivery of high-value features
  • Drive iteration and continuous improvement based on feedback and evolving business needs

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires an applicable Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, with 5 years of applicable experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product ownership, business analysis, or related roles
  • Domain experience in supply chain processes (e.g., sourcing, logistics, procurement, planning)
  • Experience in creating low-to-high fidelity mockups using Figma or similar tools
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract."

  • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into software specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen, creativity, and a bias for action
  • Experience working directly with application development teams in an Agile environment
  • Solid technical aptitude; able to understand architectural constraints and development impacts
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and data challenges
  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of API integrations, data models, and digital transformation best practices
  • Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
