Nelnet Diversified Solutions, LLC is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to drive product strategy, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment in a hybrid work environment. The role reports to the Product Owner Manager and collaborates with IT, business and leadership teams.

The position offers in-office and remote work options with a standard hybrid schedule for associates within commuting distance of designated offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage expectations and keep stakeholders informed.

Responsabilités

• Engage stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize features based on business value.
• Communicate effectively with delivery teams and business stakeholders at the appropriate level of detail to ensure shared understanding of requirements, progress and value.
• Collaborate with users and clients to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Negotiate priorities and facilitate alignment across teams.
• Report status and escalates risks to the Product Manager.
• Participate or lead agile ceremonies when relevant to product initiatives.
• Lead the team(s) toward achieving product goals.
