A leading company is seeking a Senior Product Owner to enhance product quality and user experience. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, quality assurance, and user insight analysis to ensure products resonate emotionally with users. The Mission
You will be the guardian of product value — ensuring every release improves the user’s emotional experience, every feature feels intuitive and delightful, and every version of Wisdom and Boom gets closer to what our users didn’t know they needed.
You’ll live in the product daily, lead feature ideation, validate design with real users, run deep quality checks, and define what “high-quality, emotionally intelligent software” truly means.

Responsibilities
1. Product Ownership (End-to-End)
• Own feature ideation, testing, rollout, and iteration
• Align product roadmap with user pain points and emotional use cases
• Define clear success metrics (value, not vanity) for each release
2. Quality Assurance That Cares About Feelings
• Personally test each product build with emotional & UX intuition
• Catch bugs, awkward flows, dead ends — and prioritize what actually impacts users
• Collaborate closely with dev/design to push polish, delight, and finish
3. User Insight & Value Creation
• Run continuous user research: behavior analysis, micro-feedback, emotional signals
• Build “value reports” — what users love, ignore, or struggle with
• Shape features around what increases transformation, saves time, or reduces pain
4. Feature & Experience Strategy
• Prioritize features based on value creation (not complexity)
• Use a living feedback loop: prototype → test → learn → iterate
• Maintain a product board that blends emotion + impact
5. Team Sync & Communication
• Write clear specs that respect simplicity, design, and empathy
• Lead cross-functional alignment: founders, engineers, designers, marketing
• Share weekly product pulses: what’s working, what’s broken, what’s next

Required Experience
• 3–5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or UX-obsessed founder/operator
• Experience managing full product cycles from idea to retention loops
• Background in B2C, AI tools, video/audio products, or mental health/emotional tech a big plus
• Tools: Figma, Notion, Jira, Mixpanel, Loom, Slack, Miro, user research tools
• Experience writing product specs, user stories, and prioritizing dev/design work
