Job summary

Q2 is a leading provider of digital banking and fraud prevention solutions in the U.S. and internationally.

We are seeking a Product Owner to translate customer needs into actionable features and to partner with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to refine the backlog and guide sprint planning. You will write user stories, break work into deliverable chunks, and ensure features meet the definition of done.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of related experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Experience connecting priorities to business outcomes and writing clear user stories.

Responsibilities

• Align with leadership to prioritize product backlog.
• Define product functionality and write detailed user stories/epics with end-user empathy.
• Manage sprints: planning, review, and acceptance of completed work.
• Apply Agile methods to disciplined software development with frequent inspection.
• Articulate product vision and user stories clearly to teams and clients.
• Deliver acceptance criteria and ensure quality delivery.
• Drive OKRs and roadmap execution.
