Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Управлять и развивать backlog продукта, разбивать крупные фичи на задачи и выравнивать приоритеты с бизнес-целями.
• Взаимодействовать с клиентами для понимания требований к платформе и переводить их в backlog.
• Быть экспертом по функциональности продукта и влиянию изменений.
• Сотрудничать с R&D для уточнения требований и поддержки разработки и QA.
• Уточнять бизнес-требования для Platform и других Cujo продуктов.
• Регулярно оценивать ценность backlog и приоритизировать задачи.
• Определять контент релизов через discovery и grooming с участниками.
• Обеспечивать своевременную доставку increments вместе со стейкхолдерами и командами.
• Согласовывать стратегические приоритеты с лидером продукта и переводить в планы.

Own and manage the product backlog, breaking down large features, prioritizing them, and aligning them with business goals
Engage directly with customers to understand platform product requirements and translate insights into backlog priorities
Act as the internal expert on product functionality, capabilities, and the impact of proposed changes
Collaborate with R&D teams to clarify requirements, provide context, and support development and QA efforts
Refine and validate business requirements for Platform teams and other Cujo Products
Continuously assess backlog value to align prioritization with customer and business needs
Define release content through discovery and grooming sessions with stakeholders and other product owners
Ensure timely delivery of product increments with stakeholders and development teams
Align with product leadership on strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans
Drive execution in agile environments and coordinate across teams

10+ Years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Solutions Architect, or Lead Engineer role within the ISP industry
Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex systems and business logic
Proven experience working in Agile environments
