Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a hands-on product leader to own a portfolio of decision-support products within the Transformation Office of Business Management. The role requires turning business intent into precise requirements, driving builds to production, and achieving real adoption across operators and executives.

You will bridge Business Management, Power Generation, Operations and Finance with data science and engineering teams, ensuring clear ownership, cadence, and escalation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical or data product management or a related field.
• Experience with Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned decision-support products from problem definition through requirements, build, pilot, production release and value realization.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog by business value.
• Act as conduit between business and technical teams, elicit real needs and represent them faithfully to build teams.
