Job summary

SEI Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to drive the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) roadmap. You will act as the SME for ECM capabilities, partnering with stakeholders, operations, and development to translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

You will manage Jira workflows, designs, and dashboards while guiding Agile ceremonies and cross-team alignment. You will use AI tools to accelerate discovery, requirements analysis, and testing strategies, ensuring

Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years as Product Owner or similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery, SDLC, backlog management, and requirements writing.
Hands-on Jira expertise: backlog management, workflow config, automation, reporting.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the product roadmap for the ECM suite (Workflow, Document Management, WorkDesk).
Define solutions by translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria; support delivery through SDLC.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira; facilitate Agile ceremonies; align product, dev, QA, operations, and client services.
Design and improve end-to-end business workflows and content-management automation.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, requirements analysis, testing strategy, and stakeholder communications.
