Digineer seeks a Product Owner to shape product direction by collaborating with client stakeholders and defining delivery priorities. You will lead discovery, analyze user needs, and test assumptions before committing to solutions.

You’ll translate business needs into prioritized backlogs and guide decisions across the product lifecycle, balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility. This role centers on driving outcomes for diverse clients.

Competenze

• At least three years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience working with Agile processes.
• Strong process mapping and current and future state modeling skills.
• Ability to investigate a business need and explain the value behind a proposed solution.
• Technical understanding sufficient to discuss systems, constraints, and delivery options.
• Experience across the product lifecycle and with waterfall, iterative, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Ability to quickly understand business context and translate it into actionable requirements.
• Experience influencing client stakeholders and resolving competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet commitments.
