Job summary

PIMCO Sales Technology seeks a product leader to own the Responsiv-based RFP/DDQ platform, driving delivery, prioritizing features, and aligning roadmaps with business needs. You will manage a vendor, shape content workflows, and lead organizational change to improve speed, accuracy, and reuse of proposals.

Responsibilities

• Own the Responsiv relationship day-to-day — roadmap alignment, feature prioritization, delivery tracking, and escalation.
• Translate PIMCO's needs into committed roadmap and hold vendor accountable to timelines and quality.
• Lead the internal team through the change — new workflows, content model, and roles; enable training and documentation.
• Own the RFP/DDQ product vision and roadmap — prioritize outcomes: turnaround, accuracy, content reuse.
• Partner with sales, RFP, and compliance teams as the primary customers of the product.
• Champion AI-assisted response generation with human-in-the-loop review in regulated environment.

We deliver this capability through a third-party platform (Responsiv) rather than building it in-house, which makes this a product-through-a-vendor role — you'll direct and manage delivery, not build it.This role offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful impact across both external partnerships and internal transformation. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors.
