Job Description: Product Owner/Capability Manager

Take the lead of Scrum teams as Product Owner/Capability Manager. Represent a single voice on behalf of the end user for the demand coming into the team. Provide vision and direction to Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project. Translate the business problem into Requirements/User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Assess value, develop Use Cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value to meet business needs and align with project scope. Work in concert with the Technical Capability Management and Governance Team to plan and prioritize product feature backlog and release planning.

Contract to hire. Remote position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Health Care experience
• AS400/RXCLAIM experience or experience working in similar claim adjudication systems
• Partner with Scrum Master in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
• Ensure cross-team collaboration with Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and other Product Owners on scaled Agile efforts
• Coordinate scheduling of all Scrum-related ceremonies (refinement sessions, demos, retrospectives, etc.)
• Support Release Management in facilitating SOX compliant deliverables
• Work with business and technology partners to drive size estimates for features
• Experience in analyzing business processes and workflows, providing evaluations, benchmarks, and process improvement recommendations
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
