Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders, ensuring product needs are clearly understood.
Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to maximize value.
Translate user needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Build product/domain knowledge to serve as SME for team and stakeholders.
Evolve features with feedback and performance.
Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and mitigate them.
Participate in user acceptance activities to confirm delivered features meet requirements.
Communicate product vision, roadmap updates, and progress clearly to a wide audience.
Ensure timely delivery of product commitments.
