Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Business Analyst / Product Owner to guide a large GrantSolutions platform modernization in a federal context. You will bridge federal users, business stakeholders, vendors, and agile teams to set a clear product direction and deliver incremental capabilities.

You will own the product backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure continuity with the legacy system during the transition while maintaining governance and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; federal/public trust eligibility preferred.
• Eight+ years of business/systems analysis, product ownership, or agile delivery experience.
• Experience with platform modernization, API-enabled architectures, and legacy coexistence.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, backlog refinement, and value-based delivery for a large-scale GrantSolutions modernization.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes aligned with Federal priorities.
• Own and prioritize backlog; write epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with federal stakeholders, vendors, architects, and delivery teams.
