Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, strong cross-functional communication, and the ability to distill complex requirements into deliverable features.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Experience working within a cross functional organization.
• Experience supporting customer needs and communicating.
• Experience communicating effectively with multiple parties, including customers.
• Ability to exercise judgment within generally defined practices to obtain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems and requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
• Partner with QA to define acceptance criteria and verify they are met.
• Research and respond to questions from designers, developers, and QA.
• Clarify user stories to the appropriate level of detail where needed.
• Collaborate with product management, development, and UX staff to lead on time, scope, and feature deployment.
• Other duties as assigned.
