Insight Global is seeking Product Analysts to support a Fortune 100 insurance organization's Product Enhancement & Special Projects team. These individuals will coordinate project activities, gather requirements, maintain documentation, and support implementation efforts for Personal Auto insurance products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management experience
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience facilitating meetings and driving action items to completion
• Experience with Jama or similar requirements management tools
• Regulatory or compliance-related experience
• Experience leveraging AI tools for documentation, project management, or process improvement

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Product Analysts to support a Fortune 100 insurance organization's Product Enhancement & Special Projects team. These individuals will support a portfolio of product enhancement initiatives focused on improving and implementing Personal Auto insurance products.

The Product Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Business Leaders, Technology teams, and State Management partners to coordinate project activities, gather requirements, maintain documentation, and support successful implementation efforts.

This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination experience who enjoys working across teams, solving problems, and driving work to completion.

Compensation: 40-50/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.

3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role

Strong project coordination and stakeholder management experience
