Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Product Owner for Claim Intake Modernization to lead a digital, AI-powered transformation of the intake ecosystem. You will own both the functional and technical aspects, shaping the end-to-end roadmap and outcomes for a scalable, multichannel platform.

You will drive design and delivery of AI-driven intake experiences, triage and assignment engines, and a unified intake platform across channels, while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to meet ambitious

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Engineering (or commensurate experience).
Experience in product development and ownership is required.
Experience with AI/ML, NLP, or conversational interfaces is desired.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for claim intake.
Drive modernization from manual intake to AI-powered, conversational experiences.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs; manage backlog and sprint delivery.
Lead workshops to gather requirements and design future-state intake workflows.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and integrations.
