Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Product Owner to shape and elevate the digital experience for financial advisors, define, prioritize, and deliver features that optimize advisor workflows, boost engagement, and drive measurable growth across platforms, channels, and products.

You will translate business needs into actionable user stories, collaborate closely with agile development teams, monitor KPIs, conduct research, analyze data, train staff on new features, and mentor colleagues while

Qualifications

• Proven experience working within an Agile methodology framework.
• Strong analytical acumen to interpret data and derive insights.
• Proficiency in requirements management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
• Experience with change management and product adoption.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts.
• Strong empathy for users and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to train others on new features.
• Familiarity with KPIs and their application to product success.
• Understanding of risk management in product development.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build collaboration.
• Exposure to AI concepts and their application in business solutions.
• Experience with business process improvements.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
