Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to translate business needs into actionable user stories and product enhancements. You will bridge business and technology teams across APIs, data platforms, AI/ML concepts, and cloud technologies to deliver for stakeholders.

In this role you will refine the backlog, align roadmaps with enterprise architecture, and collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and vendors to drive timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Product Owner/Manager experience on an Agile Scrum team.
• Strong understanding of XML/JSON-based APIs, cloud technologies, and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with Vision/Roadmap creation and backlog refinement in a matrix organization.
• Agile certification (PSPO, CSP-PO, or POPM/APM) required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and business requirements and translate needs into solution requirements, user stories, and product enhancements.
• Bridge business and technology teams using knowledge of system architecture, APIs, integrations, data platforms, AI/ML concepts, and dependencies.
• Partner with Product Managers, architects, engineers, platform teams, vendors, and stakeholders to evaluate solutions, tradeoffs, risks, and constraints.
• Align product roadmaps with enterprise architecture and platform capabilities.
• Identify automation and AI-enabled opportunities using cloud technologies and Databricks ecosystems.
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Management.
• Develop customer-centric user stories aligned with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate across teams to define requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver initiatives within timelines.
• Communicate roadmaps, project status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders.
• Measure product performance and business outcomes to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
