Qualifications
- Requires 3+ years as a product owner in scrum/SAFe environments.
- Experience delivering software products with agile planning and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record bringing products to market on time with diverse delivery strategies.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate into deliverables.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Breaks down product strategy into quarterly and sprint goals with stakeholders.
- Maintains the product backlog with stories, enablers and defects.
- Prioritizes backlog items and communicates sequence to teams.
- Delivers working demos to key stakeholders for transparency.
- Collaborates with ART leaders to align priorities and dependences.
- Evaluates team performance and adjusts resources as needed.
