Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years in Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst role.
• Experience with agile user story management, stakeholder management, backlog grooming/management, and change management.
• Ability to create meaningful features and user stories that are IN.V.E.S.T.-compliant and decomposed for iterations.

Responsibilities

• Drives the execution of the program vision within a project development team.
• Reviews and contributes to the program roadmap and content for planning.
• Assesses product usefulness and explains functionality to users; coordinates incident resolutions.
• Monitors new features/releases and plans upgrades with stakeholders.
• Acts as liaison between development team, stakeholders and leadership to define features and stories.
• Manages backlog and prioritizes stories with Product Management and other stakeholders.
• Negotiates scope, priority, and schedule across multiple stakeholders.
