Job summary

Insurance experience and high-level Guidewire knowledge are preferred. Responsibilities include defining goals with stakeholders, owning the backlog, translating needs into user stories, and coordinating sprint planning with Scrum Masters
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product ownership or related software delivery role
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices and SDLC
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Responsibilities
- Define product goals with stakeholders and align priorities with business outcomes
- Own and maintain the product backlog; prioritize features based on value and readiness
- Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Coordinate release and sprint planning with Scrum Masters, technical leads, and delivery teams
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with BAs and QA on test planning, acceptance validation, and release readiness
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to sponsors and stakeholders
