ScottishPower is looking for a Senior Product Owner to help shape the future of customer and operational experiences. You'll balance long-term product strategy with day-to-day delivery, making informed decisions that maximise customer impact, business value, and operational performance. The role involves shaping product roadmaps, prioritising opportunities, and leading digital and business change initiatives. You'll work alongside teams across UX, architecture, development, testing, data, and operations to ensure products are aligned to both customer needs and business objectives. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels will be key to success.

We’re interested in candidates with significant experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related business change discipline. You'll have a track record of owning products from vision through to implementation and value realisation, alongside experience working in Agile environments and managing backlogs and roadmaps. Experience within utilities, energy, customer operations, contact centres, billing, payments, metering, sales, or digital environments would be particularly valuable. Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP IS-U or SAP CRM is also desirable. You'll stand out if you're naturally curious, enjoy challenging established ways of working, and are passionate about creating better experiences for customers and colleagues. You'll be comfortable using data and insight to guide decisions and have the ability to bring people together behind a shared vision. Experience working with AI-enabled products, machine learning teams, or Generative AI solutions would be an advantage as we continue to explore opportunities to enhance the customer and colleague experience through emerging technologies.
