Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Kforce is looking for a seasoned Product Owner in Phoenix, AZ to lead the development of our client's Web and API Platform in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This individual will play a critical role in transforming business requirements into powerful digital solutions that enhance customer experiences and support operational goals. Duties:

• Product Owner will own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user needs
• Prioritize stories and features within Agile sprints to maximize value delivery
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Define clear and detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Drive and facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and discovery sessions
• As a Product Owner, you will break down complex features into actionable work items for development teams
• Act as a subject matter expert and central point of contact for the product domain
• Stay informed on industry trends, API development, and web technologies to support continuous improvement and innovation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
