The looking for a technically strong Product Owner who can convert business requirements into precise, structured, testable specifications that can be consumed by both development teams and AI-assisted engineering tools.

Primary Skill: Product Owner

Positioning: Technical Product Owner — Specification-Driven Development + AI

Location: Philadelphia, PA — Mostly Remote

Gather and analyze complex business requirements.

Convert requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, negative scenarios, and technical specifications.

Write requirements that are sufficiently structured for AI/spec-driven development.

Demonstrate practical understanding of prompt engineering.

Work with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding/development assistants.

Understand how AI-generated code/tests are validated rather than simply having generic GenAI exposure.

Understand APIs, integrations, data flows, system pipelines, SDLC, and system design.

Work closely with developers and QE/automation teams.

Drive a test-first / automation-first approach, where requirements can translate directly into automated scenarios.

Understand automation frameworks; Playwright is specifically referenced.

Coordinate across multiple teams and ARTs.

Build/reuse standardized specification templates, frameworks, and governance practices.

Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, engineering, QE, architects, and leadership.
