Job summary

TalentOla is seeking a Senior Healthcare Product Owner to lead the development of a centralized medical records platform. You will collaborate with clinical teams and software engineers to deliver interoperable data products leveraging Epic/Cerner systems and HL7/FHIR standards.

You will own the product, manage the backlog, ensure regulatory compliance, and measure success through relevant healthcare metrics.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required and considered the most important.
• Strong product management background with proven ownership.
• 10+ years total experience in relevant roles.
• Experience with Epic or Cerner systems.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA standards.
• HEDIS or Risk Adjustment experience preferred.
• Agile/Scrum experience including user stories, backlog management, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and vision for centralized medical records platform.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and software engineers across disciplines.
• Manage medical records data workflows and interoperability requirements.
• Fulfill Agile Product Owner responsibilities and maintain the backlog.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data privacy standards are met.
• Measure success via defined metrics and stakeholder feedback.
