Job summary

Capgemini in Hanover, NJ seeks a product-focused professional to define the product vision, manage the backlog, and partner with business leaders to deliver value. You will work with teams across CRM, AI, and fraud domains to shape priorities and ensure customer-centric outcomes.

Responsibilities include sprint planning, requirement clarification, and ongoing collaboration with stakeholders to drive metrics and improvements. A strong grasp of Gen AI and fraud workflows is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Some domain experience (cards, contact center).
  • Experience deploying Gen AI solutions (custom LLMs and AWS/SF/Pega out-of-the-box).
  • Fraud process experience (merchant disputes, fraud cases).

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, customers, and subject matter experts to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
  • Drive product decisions based on customer needs, market trends, and business value.
  • Ensure alignment between product objectives and organizational goals.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are prioritized based on value, risk, and dependencies.
  • Create, refine, and maintain user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Continuously evaluate and reprioritize backlog items to maximize product outcomes.
  • Define and communicate sprint priorities to development teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Scrum teams regarding product requirements and priorities.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Clarify business requirements and remove ambiguities for delivery teams.
  • Accept or reject completed work based on predefined acceptance criteria.
  • Engage regularly with business stakeholders, customers, and technology teams.
  • Gather feedback and translate business needs into product enhancements.
  • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and product performance to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams.
  • Define and track key product KPIs and success metrics.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and business outcomes to drive improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization.
  • Champion customer-centric design and user experience best practices.

Job Description

Product Vision & Strategy

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $118000 to $138059Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
